I joined the lab at the beginning of January after completing my B.A. and B.E. in Engineering with a minor in Neuroscience at Dartmouth College. I am excited and honored to learn from this group about the blossoming field of connectomics.
My project focuses on comparing networks across scales: sizes and densities. While this is fundamentally a graph theoretic question, it has applications in cross-species and cross-population (e.g. healthy vs. patient) network comparison as well as in intra-subject analyses with thresholding.
I am also passionate about mental health and hope that some of these new techniques may lead to new ways of treating patients that reduce adverse impacts on their lives.
